Weather continues to be puzzling. Mostly cloudy yesterday until about 2. Just light breezes. This morning, we have a great rainbow, more sun but it's windy again.
Went to dinner last evening on the French side to Bistrot caraibes. Absolutely wonderful. The food and staff are simply top notch. We began by sharing a warm Goat Cheese salad with smoked duck breast. John had Scallops and I had the Rack of Lamb. A shot of their house made Ginger Rum was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal.
Yes, those are little squares of Blue Cheese between the olives. First time seeing that. John always asks for blue cheese olives for his martinis. They didn't have any so this is what they did. John said it as really good that way.
