Weather continues to be puzzling. Mostly cloudy yesterday until about 2. Just light breezes. This morning, we have a great rainbow, more sun but it's windy again.

Went to dinner last evening on the French side to Bistrot caraibes. Absolutely wonderful. The food and staff are simply top notch.
We began by sharing a warm Goat Cheese salad with smoked duck breast. John had Scallops and I had the Rack of Lamb. A shot of their house made Ginger Rum was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal.

Gorgeous rainbow this morning!

You guys do it up right! Nice rainbow and the scallops look great. Possibly snow in OH this weekend, MI is likely the same.

Bistrot Cariabes is definitely one of favorites in Grand Case! Are those chunks of blue cheese with the olives in that martini?

Your pictures continue to impress!

Thanks for continuing to share!

I didn't notice the blue cheese until you bought it up. Don't think I'd like that in mine.

Yes, those are little squares of Blue Cheese between the olives. First time seeing that. John always asks for blue cheese olives for his martinis. They didn't have any so this is what they did. John said it as really good that way.

We stay in B574 and the rainbow events viewed from there are frequent and fantastic and sometimes there is even a triple. Great pic

We stay in B480. The rainbow was teh brightest and most complete one I remember seeing. It was actually a double one. The outer one was pale enough it doesn't show in the picture.
