Wow chris, I really would not let it get that far. If you get about two weeks out and still no reservation online, I would contact them again. If you were to go online and try to book your exact flights right now, could you do it???

Best wishes. The Jet Blue website is notoriously HORRIBLE, THAT is an understatement. We had like 2k credit with them from some cancelled travel from early Covid period and we finally used it up this past February and man, booking via their website was a nightmare. I think we have $14 left... they can keep it! Once you are on the plane, you are fine but getting there is the issue.

Carol-Yes I could go on line to JB and book same flights. I already checked that out. I honestly don't know why I can't access through JB website with my confirmation code. I did call them back after supposedly getting all our flight ducks in a row but still not able to access manage trip on the website. I can pull it up on my JB app on my IPhone. I give them my code whenever I've called or done the live chat and the JB person has always been able to get to my flight/travel plan. I was told some kinks in the website that are being worked on. No kidding! I'm going to go to my local library tomorrow to use one of their computers just for the heck of it. We'll see what happens. I have never experienced anything like this before. We've flown with AA, United, US Air, British Airways, Asiana Airways, Air China, Air France, Hawaiian Airlines, and so many more. Even little rinky dink airlines in SE Asia. Never a problem.

chris--try what Mikel suggested. Hopefully that works for you. Jet Blue's website has always been screwed up.

This is what I got when trying to book your dates Buffalo-SXM R/T There are no flights available on the date(s) you selected, but you can check more options on our Best Fare Finder. Availability varies month to month. When I used the "Best Fare Finder" there IS a flight TO SXm on that Monday but no return flight until Sunday May 8th (or Sunday May 1st). SO your confirm code is live for the trip down but is probably cancelled unless you change the return date Edit: Meant to reply to Chris

Carol-I did do what Mikel suggested. See my response above to him. If I try to do that on my computer to JB it doesn't work even when I sign in with True Blue member #. On my IPhone I have the JB app and I can bring up flights when I enter my True Blue #. But this is what shows on my IPhone-I have one code for flights 4/25. States confirmed. Then a different code for flights 5/4 with statement that that itinerary or those flights have been cancelled. That's why I did another live chat on 3/24. I was told that the code for 5/4 was in error and that everything is under the first/original code I got when I first booked my flights. Another interesting thing. Reading on the Trip Advisor forums for SM or maybe it was Anguilla as we're going to do a day trip there from BP Ferry Terminal I saw a post regarding the US/CDC/JB attestation form you complete before boarding flight back to US. I went to that section JB website and put in my original conf. code and up came the form to be completed and it even had my name and my husband's name in the select box! Also our departure date of 5/4. So my code worked fine there. I think I'm going to do a lot of drinking when I get to SM!!!
