I think it's three calendar days. I think the reason they are asking about other countries is to see if you have been in a country that's on the "banned" list from SXM. Obviously, the US is not on that list, so you can fill it in without any fear that it will make any difference.

You cannot submit your EHAS application until 3 days before your flight leaves for SXM, as long as you are fully vaccinated. You can submit your application on the 14th of June or later. I hoped this answers your question.
