What did you have at the Lobster House? I assume lobster? Just wondering what the issue was with it. Was Princess Casino busy?

I had the snapper filet which was overcooked and had a strong fishy taste. Wife had lobster fettuccine which was just OK. Princess was not busy and no 5 dollar blackjack tables.

We also tried the Lobster House at Port de Plaisance when there and were not all that impressed. It wasn't bad but for that kind of money it wasn't great either. We had the lobster Thermidor and I will say, the reheats were better the next day. We finally had grilled lobster at Skip Jacks and it was very good.
Edited to add: The lobster tail at SUBLIME really was sublime. Not usually a lobster tail fan but theirs was excellent.

I wouldn’t skip lobster House Carol. I had 2 awesome grilled lobsters there and David had the fettuccine with lobster which he really enjoyed. Nothing was “fishy” for us.

Louise--according to Pat's description, the walkway to get there was a bit difficult also, and there are too many great restaurants to go someplace that I may be disappointed with.

Last night you could only get the grilled lobster if you ordered the surf and turf at $55.00. Plus the 15% what they called tax.

We don’t have any issues thankfully so navigating wasn’t an issue as we parked very close to the restaurant. The lobster was 21.95 lb last Nov and 25.95 in March so between price and the fact the lobster was succulent and not dry as I’ve had at SkipJacks it’s still on our list.
