Scuba, How busy were they when you were there? If we were to eat early (6pm) would reservations be necessary? We had 7:00 reservations but wasn't necessarily. Still had open tables all through our dinner. I would always make reservations regardless.

Is the duck at Sublime on your list for this trip? Yes, but we take each day as they come. Tuesday we have the Eagle Sail so that will be BBBB and planning a special dinner for some local guests at our place Hopefully Wednesday. My wife is a fantastic cook and we brought some Lebanese specialties with us and Washington wines to accompany the meal. Sublime will happen but not sure when.
