Had dinner last night at Tortuga while listening to the the master guitarsman Gianfranco. It's hard to beat the view and the food is actually quite good. They have one of the best burgers on the island and yes.....the fries are good as well. It was busy and everyone seemed to be enjoying the evening.
Although we stay at LaPlage, we have never eaten at Tortuga in the evening. Have had some great lunches there though over the years. As mentioned in the original post, they do serve one of the best burgers anywhere! Always cooked to perfection. Not sure why we have never eaten dinner there, it is usually not on our radar as a ''dinner'' place. LOL Maybe next year.
I had a couple of dinners there in March. They were very good. I also treated the pool aerobics crew to some snacks after the last session of the week. Everyone seemed to enjoy them.
