It is concerning to me that this has happened, as the Causeway is not that old. It seems like maybe proper maintenance has not been done? Carol Hill

And the one time it was closed, it was like two minutes, not like the other bridge, which can be a good half hour, to get all the traffic cleared. Carol Hill

I enjoy St Maarten and traffic is not a problem for me. I navigate the island and the bridge openings and plan accordingly.

Dr Phil SXM Traveler D Joined: Sep 2021 Posts: 190 Ontario Canada	I drove over the causeway several times yesterday. There are workers physically there on the bridge trying to identify and correct the issues. The workers and their vehicles didnt affect traffic. Drphilsxm
