And isn't that one of the things that most of us love so much about SXM--there is a "best" restaurant for everyone, and for almost everyone, it's a different restaurant, and for different reasons. As for me, I really don't know what my favorite is right now. It will be good to do some 'research' on that topic in June. In the meantime, I have my memories of the best meal I ever ate.
