If correct, it appears a ferry or water taxi returning from BVI to USVI only requires your U.S. Passport and completed C&I form (like the old days). Is then our flight from STT back to the States still considered a domestic route, no test required? Can anyone comment on their personal experience post June 1st. Thanks, Noel
