I just received a online invoice from Gebe. I believe that their computers were hacked so I took a chance and opened the email and pdf file. It shows I have no money in my account that I know is not correct. I have been calling Gebe everyday all day long and no one answers the phone. Is anyone else out of the country having my problems?

I think everyone is having problems. Several residents have posted about receiving astronomical bills that they know are incorrect.
