The Dove last night was again superb. We have been eating at the Dove since it opened years ago and I had never tried the Beef Wellington. I would not have ordered it this time but I couldn't decide on an entree so I let out waitress Annie choose. I don't think a piece of red meat could ever be cooked any better. All six of us were again impressed. Thank you Travis for years of GREAT FOOD. By the way Friday night is closing day for the Dove for the season and it will be Travis' last night cooking at the Dove.
Brandywine, the night before and then again the week before was perfect as always. I wish I knew how to post photos because the one I have of the Pallea for 2 with a three pound lobster on top is awesome.
We are certainly 2 for 2 on the gourmet restaurant front. Will try for 3 for 3 later this week with Paul Mason at the Clubhouse.
