Considering coming in a day early for a charter next June through Fairwinds. Any suggestions for a hotel?

Anything on the east end of St Thomas is close to Red Hook. Lots of people will recommend one of the Sapphire properties. There are other spots as well, depending on how much you want to spend. A new entrant into the field is Secret Harbour Villas, on the hill above the beach.

Hey Nutmeg,
What's the story on the Secret Harbour Villas? Are the buildings on the hill now separate from the resort?

Wow! Hope it is working out well for y'all. Will there be another business office and hotel staff? If you'd rather discuss offline you can email me at cnami@gptx.org
Thanks,
C
