Today the Euro bank exchange rate is $1=€1.01. First time in a long time. Now you lose a penny on one for one exchange rate.

And there will still be places charging you more against the Euro. Ok Debbie Downer, feel free to be miserable if that floats your boat. I’m pretty happy to plan a trip where I won’t be paying a 30% premium for lodging on the French side.

Just stating the obvious since places were charging a higher exchange rate when it was 1.02 before. Have a nice day.
