If I were head Ranger that article would only make more PO'd! I am all for the cause but that just seems like they are trying to aggrevate the Park mgt.

Re: The article mentions what the naturists are doing. Basically, they are just following the recommendations set down by the NAC. We have been to LightHouse beach a couple of times over the past two weeks. We participate and applaud everything that is being done to make the beach a nude environment again. Dunes are being rebuilt again and people are returning. What needs to be done is to get Beach Ambassadors like those who at Haulover. With the exception of a few, my fellow naturists take pride in preserving the beach with appropriate behavior and the way they take care of it by cleaning up after themselves ehen they leave. I can tell you from personal experience, the Rangers need to keep a close eye on people who disrespect the appropriate rules of nude etiquette when visiting the beach. Never mind worrying about how people present themselves going to the bathroom or the concession stand. If they are that upset, all they have to do is provide a Porto-San close by. My wife and I had to point out an offender to the Rangers last week. Again, this ban makes no sense. We are completely naked except for a very small area of our bodies.
