We use Windy premium. Has been the most accurate for us. I’d be finding someplace to be tucked in with winds like that….

I like the NWS marine forecast, covers the BVIs. Select the region on the map that you'll be in. https://www.weather.gov/sju/marineIf you want higher resolution wind forecast maps, get a month subscription of PredictWind basic or Windy Premium. I don't think it's typically necessary though. I did subscribe for a trip recently, but that was because we were dancing with a disturbance that veered strong winds from E to SW. Your forecast looks rather straightforward. If you need to go east to Norman, make the trip Monday vs. Tuesday if you can before the winds strengthen. Wave height shouldn't be too bad in the channel (~3 feet?), but they'll be coming at you fast which will make for an uncomfortable upwind ride. But, it's only for an hour or so.
