Per Jay Time, owner of Jax and Three Amigo's:
There will be Roma and Italian restaurant and Mr. Chow, an Asian bistro (pan Asian), The deli American style sandwiches all day breakfast among other things and the phase 2 has three smaller food-truck-style eateries ranging from Caribbean, a Greek diner, and a pizza outlet.

They are still aiming for around Christmas but based on everything I seen, perhaps early January 2023.

Sitting here at 3 Amigos having a cocktail as I write this, and I gotta go with the January forecast. Looks like the heavy lifting is done..lots of slick water stuff, a little infinity edge thing. Was looking at it from above the other night from the rooftop bar Mimosa, and the cement work is pretty impressive.

We do too Kim! Hope things pick up for them in the high season..very few customers each night we've been there. Great spot, especially if you're a craft cocktail lover. Ask for a smokey colada.
