We always liked the old Jimbo's and it will be interesting to see his next adventure. Just seems like SXM is getting a lot of new high end expensive restaurants but with the slowing economy more and more low end budget travels arriving looking for value dining options. These new places are not cheap to build and open so hopefully enough business for everyone to survive the long run. Definitely wish Jimbo well.
