Trellis Bay fireworks were very good, or so Ratman says. I was in bed, because we're hosting the traditional New Year's Jump-Up for our neighbors. So far we have 23 people coming - but that could rise! Fortunately our kitchen is very well stocked. I was up before dawn to get the pernil in the oven, to be followed by homemade lasagna. The neighbor kids helped me bake cookies and cupcakes.
