This was NOT a major fire and may have been caused by careless disposal of smoking material at a party at this location last night. The videos I’ve seen it looks pretty major.

Exactly. I have the video of the burning decks - it was texted to me but can’t figure out how to post it either If there is a share option on your phone for texts you could copy the link through that. I can do that on my Android. Hold finger on Video link and the share option should pop up.

I wonder how they fought this thing. Is there a road going up there? According to this morning's Daily Herald, it was a bush fire that destroyed the deck by the bar. The firefighters went up the ski lift with water bags and were able to refill them from a small water reservoir at the site. Took 5-6 hours to extinguish.

Surprised it was a brush fire, since, from what I understand, it has been pretty wet recently.
