Well the sunwing flight from toronto last thursday was all good
However when we arrived here our room at azure guest house was not available. Michael apologized and gave our money back but I cant say it wasnt a little upsetting. We were a group of six! So we went to royal palm where we were moving the next day for a week and they got us the penthouse suite, said we were good for the week. NOT! We were heading to yacht club for breakfast and i stopped to ask if they would turn hot tub on. Girl at desk informed me they wouldnt have time cause we were supposed to check out at noon???! Pardon??? Long story short the front desk at royal palm needs a little work! We basically were all set and because of their mistake we had to move within resort once again! Not happy. Waste the firat night and day moving all our stuff. Never ever had this problem when diamond owned it🙄.
Anyways,,, move forward. Lol
Went to tap n grill and had a cery good hamburg and fries and had a ton of fun at their karoke night
We ate at Astra steak house next night. Five in our group loved their meal. My steak was rare instead of med well. They gave me a free puece of key lime pie
Last night we went to Cafe Rembrandt- wow. What a great place. Saw ronnie santanna and their band. Fun time and excellent music
Today went on an Eagles tour cataraman. 6 hours. Lunch, snacks drinks. Was a great time
After all these trips to sxm found Dany’s beach bar but didnt stay other than a drink cause absolutely no beach

Yes i had confirmation! They said it was a total mix up and really felt bad. He gave my money back right away. And also emailed me a credit for another stay. But after a flight and wanting to just put your feet up it was a bit disappointing. Oh well. We all make mistakes

Yup. It was stressful for me-the organizer-but we got thru it. Actually I was almost more frustrated with front desk at royal palm! Anyways. Happy to be back to our fav island. We are all enjoying ourselves. Brought 3 newbies with us and they are probably hooked now too😉 azure guest house did give us a voucher for 2 night stay-they felt bad and admitted it must have been their mistake.
