Are they bulky and/or heavy? If not, then FedEx/UPS/DHL will do it with least amount of work. You can ship items to Florida for just a couple of dollars, but then it needs to shipped to the final destination in the USA, which is going to cost more. You can get a quote at 4 Star Cargo for both ship and air freight to Tampa.

I have used Safe Cargo Services to ship from the US (Four Star Cargo). They ship by boat and air. Might work for you.

I've checked 4star, SCS and tropical to get a comparison price. They only ship from the USA to St. Martin; not the other way around.

I've used Tropical Shipping several times during the 2000s, so nearly 20 years ago, both to and from SXM. They had an office in SXM.

Just to keep this on track, I've used Tropical numerous times, but they don't ship SXM-USA anymore, just the other way around. All of the shipping companies I know of in Sint Maarten only ship to the island, not from it. So shipping back to the USA would be limited to using DHL or FedEx, which is pretty pricey indeed.

Hi everybody!!

just called Tropical & was informed by 2 different employees that they do in fact ship from SXM to Florida. On their website is the schedule for ships leaving for the U.S. & the arrival is 8 days later.

@SharonfromSXM - interesting, I logged into both my Tropical and 4Star accounts and couldn't book a shipment from SXM to the USA, and checked their public websites before posting. I must have been wrong!

If you go to their website & click on schedule it offers shipping from SXM to Palm Beach, Florida. It shows all of the dates they have ships leaving & gives the name of the ship.

That's for sure! Fifty bucks is cheap in the long run!! What I don't get. Besides booze or some pottery what is so heavy that it needs to be shipped??? I know some people that stock up on cigarettes , how all those cartons get through is beyond me!
