After a disappointing meal at Emilios we decided to cook in. Grilled lamb chops, baked potato and salad after a nice dirty martini on the deck watching the sunset with a cruise ship lumbering by. I'll be doing lamb chops again along with a powerhouse steak and smoked pork chops later in our stay. Brought a bunch of frozen pacific salmon, smoked salmon and wild duck for our island friends too. Marco from ROMA is one of the recipients of the pacific and smoked salmon.
