For those planning on ferries to/from BVI and St. John/St. Thomas. No Tuesday or Wednesday service starting September 12 on Aquatic Rentals.

Never heard of this company before. We would like to book it, but has anyone any experience with using the service (West End -> Red Hook)? Any surprises?

They are relatively new but no reason not to use them. I have not used them yet but would not hesitate. All reviews have been positive from what I have heard.

We used them this year RT-STJ and RH-WE. Very good service, gave out bottles of water. Booking online will cost you more money for nothing: the service they use charges you extra.

We used them from RH-WE and WE-RH. Great service and was not crowded when we were on it which made customs faster. Keep in mind that they do stop at Cruz Bay on the return trip for Customs before going to RH. It was a little annoying to have to get off with your luggage and get back on, but it was pretty fast.
