I know this topic has been batted around in past posts, but I would love a refresh. For crews on private boats who are paid a salary by the owners, what is the norm when the owners are aboard?

15 -20% is the norm -- of boat cost - exclude fuel

There is no cost for the charter, aside from provisions, and the crew are on salary paid by the owners.
