ED Card is a embarcation and disembarkation information card.
I have never filled one out or been asked to fill one out either upon entry or exiting the country. It may depend on your nationality or the country of origin, but I fly direct from Canada and have never been required to fill one out.
I fly back and forth multiple times during the year.

ED cards were required at one time, but at least for Canadians and Americans, they have not been required since well before Covid.

Whew, going to DR this past April was confusing...couldn't check luggage, didn't understand, etc. Was wondering and going to ask about this!
