We've looked at it. You need to camp out in one of the bays for at least a month. Moorings are free and you can move within your bay as conditions dictate - think Maho/Francis and North swells. You do get some days off, and you'll need them to go out and empty your holding tank. It's a good program if you're retired and willing to deal with the background check.
