we'll be staying at the Yacht Club Marina and am wondering where the nearest ATM is and how "reliable" they are and roughly what the fees are.

There have been TWO ATM skimming incidents reported in the past six months or so on SXM. Be careful!.. link

ATM fees on the Dutch side of the island run between $6 - $10 per withdrawal..
There are numerous ATMs in Simpson Bay.
The ATMs that have the smallest fees are at the entrance to the airport terminal. There is one on either side of the main entrance inside the terminal.

Is the ATM near Red Piano still open? If so, do you need to pay for parking to use it or shop at Peli Deli? Is P Deli still open?

Last February the ATM near Peli Deli was open as was Peli Deli. Don’t know about the parking situation as they were just finishing the parking lot.
