We havent been to SXM in about 4 yrs. We are trying to make creole sauce like some that we had there. Does anyone have a recipe they may have seen or found in SXM? Or other places in the Carribean?

Looks like you did a Google search of your own to find this. Good for you. Many good recipes can be found by using that tool.

Our favorite creole sauce is from Yvette's restaurant which has katsup manis in it. It is very simple to make from Yvette's cookbook, which I don't have with me. If anyone does have a copy you could list the recipe here then.
