Is there an hourly rate or a flat fee? Is the ATM still there? I have read that the gate keeper is very surly.

I have been told that customers of Peli Deli can park free for 30 minutes.
Hopefully, someone can verify if this is true.

Correct....first 30 minutes is free wherever you are shopping. After that hourly rates that aren't discusting BUT you can get the ticket validated at Isola or the Casino. No human at the entrance anymore.
Just walked by it today...
Edit: weird quirk...when ebntering you have to enter in the left lane and depart from the right

Last year the attendant was surely enough, we kept on going. He had a major attitude and the lot was totally empty.
