All day Maho/ La Plage with our family nearby at Sonesta.

Currently doing the Roma/MrChow happy hour ant the bar and BOOM, what a home run! Our teens are fed so we’re solo at the bar.

We’re gonna roll out of this place! Had Arancini balls, chicken satay, tuna tataki, edamame. All fantastic.

And the drinks; oh my goodness

For sure that Marco has a hit on his hands!! We went a couple of times for HH and apps. Once to Mr. Chow and once to Roma!! I give it five stars across the board!!! What a great addition to Maho plaza!!

Colour1, you guys rock!

Are there a second night with our neighbors. The bartender Cosmo made some insanely good drinks and his food recommendations were PRIMO!

Veal meatballs, the Korean chicken wings, pizzas, pasta carbonara, all so good. Calamari, tuna, spicy edamame. For HH, we truly stuffed ourselves.

Thanks again, it’s fantastic! And the space is really an architectural element, very well done.

@thecaptain I see you mentioned the Korean chicken wings at Roma/Mr. Chow - those definitely caught my eye since I had the originals in Seoul. My guide, Hans from GoWithGuide https://gowithguide.com/korea/seoul/guides took me to some great spots like Gwangjang Market where the crispy, spicy wings were incredible. Looks like Marco's place has the flavors down perfectly too. Makes me want to return to Korea to do a side-by-side taste test! Thanks for the great recommendation, I'll have to check it out next time I'm in St Maarten.
