Trying to guesstimate how much cash each of our crew should bring on an upcoming trip. We've done the trip many times, but this time we're taking a few more taxis than in the past.
Can anyone give me estimates on how much these taxi rides should be? Crew of 8

BEYC to The Baths
Cane Garden Bay to Bananakeet & then Tramonti
Great Harbor to Soggy Dollar
Anegada Reef Hotel to Tipsy's

Thank you!

CG, for a crew of 8, you're in need of a pretty good-sized vehicle. Slug and some other folks here (including some who have recently rented my villa here on Virgin Gorda) used Sweet Ice Willy quite a bit and really raved about him (reliable and fun). His number is (284) 544-8073. If you do a search here for "Sweet Ice Willy" you'll see posters' reviews of him, and again, all are positive. He's probably among your best bets for the Virgin Gorda leg of your trip. MAF

Assuming you're on a boat but, at any rate, you can't taxi from BEYC to the Baths
You can taxi from Leveric Bay, VGYH in Spanish Town, or Gun Creek
Others may know more ( most do) but I think you'll need to take a ferry from BEYC
to Gun Creek as I don't think you can park a boat at there

CG, on Anegada I recommend Dean Wheatly. He will meet you at the dock. 284-495-9677

Thanks all! Yes I should have seen noted we’re on a boat. I know we’ll need to ferry to Gun Creek.
We’ve used AC taxi before so that’s great advice.
I was really trying to estimate costs for each of these so I can give our crew an estimate of how much cash they need need to bring.

You obviously have some longer and shorter runs, and there may be situations where you need to take two vehicles instead of one. We haven’t done this a lot, but based on our experience with some of these runs, I’d say that $20-$25 per person per leg on average might be a good starting point. In other words, for four round trips, maybe an estimate of $150-$200 per person is a good starting point. With tips, it might be a little more, so you may want to be conservative. Again, we haven’t done this a lot, so others may be able to correct this. I hope this helps!
