Hello All,

As many of you are aware, Nick Willis was the founder and soul of the Leverick Bay Poker Run - a monumental understatement, I know. In the years since Nick took his final bow, I have been tasked with continuing the event in his honour. On that note, I'm happy to announce the 20th Annual Leverick Bay Poker RunLeverick Bay Poker Run!

I hope you will join us in person or in spirit on May 26th, 2024 - the 20th Anniversary of the Poker Run - as we remember Captain Nick and the event he and Monica created back in 2001.

My name is Joel, and having lived next door to Nick and Monica for a number of years, we were neighbours and later became great friends. In 2019, after cleanup from Irma was somewhat complete, I hosted what was the 18th Poker Run. Then COVID came, and we were on hiatus again, until the 19th Poker Run in 2023. Now in 2024, we will mark the 20th Leverick Bay Poker Run with a proper tribute to an old friend. I trust we will make Nick proud!

I will do my best to reply to any questions or concerns you may have. I hope you will consider joining us this May 26th.

Cheers!

I can't make it but I'll ask what is probably a stupid question: How does it work?

Good luck Joel. I helped out Nick and Monica on the Poker Run and the later Dinghy Poker Run for a few years while I was BVI resident. Can't be there to help you as I've long since departed but I wish you all the best. I know how much effort goes into the organising cheers
