We had a great dinner last night at Roma's with Rosemary and Don. Even though the food was wonderful the highlight of the night was spending a few hours with island veterans of 44 years. The stories of their visits are captivating, thanks for sharing. We even got to say hi to WendyK again as she came in with a group for dinner.
Now let's see if I can get the dinners correct, RonDon please correct me if I'm wrong. I had the 8oz tenderloin with truffle mash, asparagus and wid mushroom sauce. The sauce was fantastic, although I'm not really a fan of thick asparagus. My wife had ricotta with spinach ravioli. I believe Rosemary had the veal ossobuco parmigiano, saffron risotto. Don had salmon filet with pistachio cranberry crumble and lemon beurre blanc.
A very memorable evening for sure.

Looks good. I had reservations there but due to a last-minute change, we are now going tonight. Glad you are meeting more TTOL people. Their 44 years make my 33 years look pretty pale.

You guys need to make happy hour at Lee's this afternoon as I leave tomorrow.

Great meeting you both.

Yes JD we have already discussed that and it's on our plans for today. Our next question is where do we go for breakfast 🤔

I just came from seeing Kereen.

Let me know what time and if we can meet at Lee's, that would be great.

All those meals look great especially that "thick" asparagus. Love meaty stalks.

JD. I believe Marco takes Wednesdays off if you planned on seeing him there.

I saw him briefly the other night. He was in the kitchen but I did talk to him. He and I share the same birthday.

It's great meeting new TTOL friends! Thank you for the pictures. I'm not a fan of fat asparagus either, but it looks delicious in your picture. And nice seeing a photo of RonDon. Thank you!!

Now you are talking foodie… Rosemary’s choice veal ossobuco would be my first choice! Filet Mignon is a close second.
Salmon is a weekly meal in my kitchen at home and ravioli is as well. Thanks for the foodie pics.
