It helps to know the type of boat and your draft. Off setting point is the deeper draft anchorage. There are no balls however holding is excellent. The main part of the anchorage to your left as you enter has about 30 balls. It’s deepest closer to shore and gets more shallow as you go out. It will carry 6 feet and change at low tide near the shore and 5 plus an inch or two further out. The last option is off Neptunes even further to the left. It will carry 4.5 feet. The balls in that location were removed long ago and you must anchor. Again the holding is fantastic. Should you choose to go over by Neptune’s be very careful. There is a reef that extends out pretty far. Make sure you pass south of it. It’s unmarked but normally easy to see. You will not go over it even in a dinghy!
