Are some flights being diverted to Grande Case...? I was tracking the flight this week(I'm flying in next week on a 757)& the website says it was diverted to Grande Case..??
What's up with that..?? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Yikes.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Yikes.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Yikes.gif" alt="" />

I do not think any jets would be diverted to Grand Case, because the runway is not long enough for them, nor heavy enough. There is no way that a 757 could land in Grand Case and it surely could not take OFF from there. For prop jobs, I have no idea why they would be diverted either, as it's always safer to land on a longer runway. I'm thinking whatever you were reading was mistaken..
