Now that the Copropriété de la Baie Orientale (aka "Club Orient") has an Administrator appointed by the courts, he is charged with getting things in order and complying with the order to remove debris seems obvious. There are comments to that effect on the post on SXM Naturism group on Facebook which is where I think these photos or similar were posted yesterday.
