Hi Folks. Heading to land based VG stay this Friday. Many trips and wonderful times. What is status in general post flooding. We do tons of exploring - one end to the other, Mahoe, Savannah, North Sound etc. Staying in Spring Bay Area this trip. Thanks!

I've heard it was disastrous and you better not risk it. Send me your reservation information and I'll go check it out for you and report back.

This is Mahoe Bay the day after the rains, and it looks about like this now.

Yeah, we're all good! Savannah Bay access road was flooded which made it inaccessible, but even that has dried out now.

We are here til June 1 . Likely cross paths as we are also the explore off the beaten path folks one end to another.

We ventured out the afternoon of the flash flood once the rain stopped and things were not great but lots of repair work done to the road washouts and the standing water has dried up .

Stinking hot the last few days…but we are east coast Canadians so take that for what it’s worth….. holding my breath for the mosquito craziness soon .

Safe travels to paradise …..
Oh wait a minute I mean it’s horrible here …no one should come smile

It will fix itself. Takes a bit of time.
