Thanks for the pic. Does anyone know if that was the only time when Concorde was in SXM, when Mitterrand and Bush (??) met in St. Martin?

According to this blog from 2013:
Vintage Concorde Photo was the one and only time, and occurred in 1989, not 1981. So yes, it would have been Bush.

Carol Concorde landed at SXM 3 times although this was the most famous occasion because of the passenger and the summit with President Bush over the Gulf War. The other 2 times it arrived and departed in the dark, both times to Guadeloupe I believe
