For those of you who have been following Tom's "Belair Bummer" thread, there is progress to report. From Jennifer McCrea, Interim GM, she reports that the old a/c ductwork and accessories have been removed from all 24 units on the Divi side. The new interior a/c units have been delivered and are being installed. The rooftop VRF units have also been delivered and the mounts being designed. Electrical work is underway. The replacement compressor for the existing chiller should be on island by the end of July.

As a Belair owner I'm happy to see some real progress! She reports that housekeeping and maintenance are busy working on their own list of projects as well.

Thanks for your post. We, too have been following the progress reports recently being released. Unfortunate that the situation got so serious but it appears that the problems are being addressed. We still have reservations for 2 weeks in December and are hopeful that all systems will be fully operational.
