Greetings, I would very much appreciate if someone could recommend a good property manager, I come over maybe twice a year, my parents used to live in SXM at least 4 months of the year before they got sick and used to rent a studio year-round to students. We've have had bad experiences with the last two property managers as my family was dealing with health problems, now it has fallen unto me to try to get someone. Property sits empty now. It's a studio near UAC in a gated community to start.

Another option is SXM Beach Rentals. They manage the property I rent in Simpson Bay, and many others.
