The story said "late" Sunday evening, at 10 PM. Even for me, who is always 'in' for the night early these days, that's not really 'late'. And I'm not exactly sure where they are talking about. Is this the parking lot by Captain D's (or whatever they call it?)?
I agree, 10pm isn't really that late at night, but I'm also usually in by that time and playing cards. I believe, if you are looking at Capt'n D's from Welfare road, it would be to the left in the parking lot, right next to Mr. Fries and Tingz.
