Stupid question---where is Cay Bay?

Where GEBE is located. Turn right before Greens Market.

when i hear of a crime, one of the first questions i have is "where did it happen?"....i don't see how trying to understand where the incident happened as "tangential"

Carol I doubt you have been in this area. I don't know if you remember awhile back I told you son was going to the oil tank site on SXM for some training and he said the area was horrible, so unlike all he saw when we took him to the island and stayed at Divi.
