Good thing i already finished lunch. Lobster hot dog sounds intriguing. My first thought it was lobster tail ground and converted into a wenner but picture proved different.
I was also trying to imagine what a lobster hot dog might be. The picture helped and your description makes it clear. It seems sort of like a different take on what would be called a lobster "roll" in Maine or the Maritimes! Sounds delicious!! Thanks for sharing it.
