What do you all think about a stop at Scrub? We have never done it and my wife likes a slide! We love BYC and Saba. We are going to try Peter now that it’s back open. We enjoy snorkeling and quieter bays.

Crew this trip: Wife, son (26) and his wife, Brother in law, his wife and their girls (16 and 18) (8 total)
We have bareboated in the BVIs 2016, 2018, and 2022.’

I would rank stops at bays:

1. White Bay, Jost Van Dyke
2. Bight, Norman
3. BYC/Saba, North Sound, Virgin Gorda
4. Baths, Virgin Gorda
5. Manchioneel Bay, Cooper

Favorite snorkels:

1. Indians
2. Monkey Point, Guana Island
3. Great Dog
4. Caves, Norman Island
5. RMS Rhône, Salt

Thoughts or rankings?

if you go to Scrub (and we like it) you have some good snorkeling at Diamond Cay...sometimes we just moor at Marina Cay and dinghy to scrub

I like Marina Cay and had a wonderful lunch there a couple of months ago. I have never been a big Scrub fan but others love it.A lunch and afternoon swim and snorkel at MC would be it for me..plus I'd drop another stop and go to Anegada

How are the dinner options at Scrub? How about Marina Cay's food since it re-opened?

We like Scrub

$200 or more docking fee with add-ons

Donovan's Reef has a pretty good $25 menu and we have watched the Super Bowl on big screen there

We often dock there the first night / this allows stragglers arriving at the airport to ferry over
