Congratulations on the win! PH is a very nice property, although a bit more isolated than either Simpson Bay or Orient. There's not much that's walkable from there at night. You could do a SEARCH for "Princess Heights" (make sure you put the quotes around it), select the SXM forum and put the date filter for around a year and you will find a couple of threads.

Maureen,(Kish on TTOL) stays there all the time. Think she's headed that way today or in next couple days. I'm sure she will be glad to answer all your questions. If you want a list of eating places in the Oyster Pond area, I'd glad to send you my list if you send me a regular email address to SXMNorm@yahoo.com And CONGRATS!
Next SXM visit -November 2023. Also January 2024.
