I know many of you stay at BSV and speak very highly of it. I am trying to communicate with them for this November and I am not getting any response. I have tried both email and vmail. Is there any particular way to get a response that works better?

Sometimes, it is a process. Make sure your email/voice mail is specific about a date, etc.

I have a reservation but trying to get Tracy. The phone number doesn't work nor my emails.
We have been staying there for at least 15 years. Don't understand what's going on.
