Scary looking blob, that's for sure. Forecasted to be Major when it comes just north of the BVI.

Set those fans, and point them North.

Hopefully it will curve north well before the islands.

Erin is heading more west now than northwest which is not good for us. The Virgins and PR are now being mentioned in the warnings. Please keep alert folks..

Track shifted a bit further south. Will pass just north of the BVI Saturday.

We’re here now in the Drake heading to scrub and it’s windy but no more than we’ve seen before. Seas are what you’d expect. We’re returning the boat first thing tomorrow and hoping to fly out Saturday first thing.

It has been a normal day here on Anegada, with a nice drop in humidity.

No watches for the BVI's or USVI yet. Tropical storm watch for St. Maarten/St. Martin and nearby islands.

Erin passed by during the night. Honestly, it was quite a bit stronger here on Anegada than anyone expected. Power and water have been off since 7:30pm last night. The only damage here at Hidden Treasure is minor - a garden fence that was in poor condition blew down. A policeman just stopped by to check on us. He said he had seen no serious damage anywhere on the island, other than the village being flooded due to high wind from the south and lots of rain.

OK, thanks for the update. Glad there is no real damage. Dodged a big one this time.
