Why do you find it much better? We usually go to Karabuni. Maybe out of habit. The restaurant is very charming. Pre Irma since we sat at Yellow Beach.

We just find that the beach is much wider and more swim able to us. Just a personal preference.

Thanks for the pics. We love it there. Yellow Beach is fine too...we just prefer Karibuni. That's what makes SXM so great....something for everyone.

Under the impression that the "september pause" is longer than ever. Meaning various restaurants that closed previously only in September have now added October. Curious if others have same feeling.

And re Karibuni - IMO the nicer one. Its curving terrace based set up is less standard than Orient Bay standard type YB.
