I think no charter would object, but you would ofcourse have to negotiate the price if not wanting to pay for a full day. I could see PYC do it.

We stopped in at Grand Case Beach Club a few years ago they found a guide to take us over there in a Zodiac but it was too rough to land, but it was a fun ride anyway It was not expensive
